Berlusconi’s immunity law annulled

Italy’s top court overturns a law shielding Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi from prosecution, potentially opening the way for the billionaire to face charges of bribery, influence peddling and tax fraud. It is unlikely the court verdict itself will force him to resign though.
